Indigenous representatives from the US visited the Museum of Free Derry today to learn about the Civil Rights movement, Bloody Sunday and Derry’s struggle for justice and equality. The visit kicked off a week-long programme of events focused on building connections and international solidarity.

Free Monday admission for local residents at the Museum of Free Derry has been extended until 21 December. Students can also continue to visit for half price, giving more people the chance to spend time exploring the story of Free Derry, Bloody Sunday and civil rights. Walk-in admission only.

'A Bitter Harvest’ is now on sale at the Museum of Free Derry. The book was launched during Féile by Pat Finucane Centre. Written by Garbhán Downey, it looks at the life of Seán Brown, his murder, the investigation into his death and his family’s campaign for truth & justice.
