@deemteam.bsky.socialDatabases may contain lots of misannotated 16S rRNA sequences, which can hinder accurate taxonomic assignment in metabarcoding and metagenomic analyses. We have addressed this issue for Asgard archaea and generated a curated set of high-quality 16S rRNA sequences:
