happy birthday! I was just ordering a few of your BOOKS for the library and remembered its your birthday!

Essential (free to NAG members!) online event on library budgets this Thursday

Our service does! My colleagues also in the CILIP Prison library group in case you have contacted them directly or I can put you in touch

I read the report on the cyber attack and that seemed to be one of the underlying causes too. I think I found my item is on site actually - and thank you! I am quite excited the catalogue and ethos are back - the old form you just had to guess if your items had arrived!

If you can’t order an item pre a visit for re-reg it does just seem pretty inefficient for anyone who only has time to visit once

It was about a year ago, so the point you had to use an office form and pre their new catalogue. I assumed that means you have to re reg, but I could login! I just can’t find any info, guess I can talk to a human hopefully when they re open tomorrow

how can i tell if my british library reader pass is in date (i don’t have it on me)? I am logged in and want to order some books (from boston spa to london) for later this week but can’t see how, want to avoid the catch 22 of pre ordering and reader reg!
