Imagine if we could see Roman vs Cody T in this action sequence would be amazing
A Street Fighter 2D film like this would’ve been rad, but at the same time, it would have gotten less general public interest considering that outside of Mario, animated films of an IP tend to gross less than live-action iterations (see Smurfs, Transformers, TMNT, Spider-Man).
so wait Cookie Run's getting its own movie?! that's crazy
First look at Season 4 of ‘The Smurfs.’ The season will feature 52 eleven-minute episodes, released in two parts. Part 1 is scheduled to debut in late 2027. (via Variety)
For the sake of my projects, I'm gonna sitting and waiting to see if Nickelodeon is going to survive this merger. If they do something like fold Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network together into, I dunno, Skydance Kids or whatever, I'm considering that RIP for Nick.
I can say the same about Paramount and Warner’s animated films. Both are far behind Disney, Universal, and Sony in terms of consistent success. They often mistreat good films (Avatar Aang, Transformers One, Iron Giant, Coyote vs Acme) and run franchises into the ground (SpongeBob and Lego).
I'm not even gonna lie, the whole "Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon are now siblings" thing just kinda makes me feel nothing at this point. Not just because mergers bad and all that obvious stuff, but also because it feels like the equivalent of kings inheriting already starving villages.
Like, you know it absolutely can & probably will get worse from the current status quo, but after witnessing the much bigger onslaught it practically feels like a drop in the bucket by comparison. Its kinda why I had that bit of overoptimism yesterday. Because there's little to lose, a lot to gain.
Aw I’m so sorry
This is amazing Et

TY!

John Leguizamo calls Skydance’s threat to move Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery’s film and TV out of Los Angeles “despicable” and “heartless.” “But that’s still not enough! You’ve got an expiration date. So people have to plan for the next five years, and then what? No, that’s not cool.”
So, with the whole Skydance thing, there is a hypothetical that may not play out, but in case it does end up airing on Nickelodeon, no, I will not take Sample Platter requests on the Harry Potter show.
I visited a friend at Nick a few weeks ago and there were literally 3 productions running (Sponge + Pat, Avatar). Looked like an absolute ghost town and apparently majority of the people walking around were Paramount employees making use of the empty space 💀
