The diversity of food plants is one of humanity's most important resources. By connecting the people who conserve it with those who grow, study, improve, prepare, and use it, the Global Conservation Consortium for Food Plants is helping keep more options on the table for the future.
How do we know which plants are the highest priority to conserve in their natural habitats, as well as in botanic gardens and genebanks, and how do we find them? Learn about the history of conservation gap analysis tools innovated over recent decades, and how they are being applied.
