I don't quite love how AGX desats on emission, so GT is my go to. Doesn't look as 'real' but keeps the world looking more colourful and within believability.
Same is true with emission, ACES does terrible things to emissions. Long live AGX and GT!

Somewhat agree, I can't ignore the environmental and social impact of larger corps. If we talk about ethically trained, open-weight, locally run models, then sure. But the fact that so much of artists data goes into creating these models unlicenced, and the training alone costs the environment.
Was a pleasure to work with all of the amazing people at #Slyfest over the last year. Been a lot of stress but you all pulled it off.
Thankyou to @magictwin.bsky.social for the amazing avatar fit too!
Slowly plugging away at something...wonder what it is?
If Valve could send me that link right about now, that would be great!
If they came out with a statement apologizing and then making meaningful change I would feel differently, but I doubt they will.
Gonna be honest @vrchat.com you're really not doing well for the community that made VRChat what it is, highlighting the antithesis of creativity. No, this is not the way forward, you will lose the creatives.
Yes but your interface you touch to control that could be built in TouchOSC. Just sending OSC packets for the sliders.
Tbh I think you'd be better using something like Lemur or TouchOSC to do the tablet, that way you're not controlling a desktop and you can still do VU based stuff.
Totally didnt spend all morning working on this..... Nooooo.... :) It works! This is extremely close to final prototype now. Encode is running entirely on the fanless PC, active VNC connection for the audiolink tablet, and receivers working fully properly all in tandem
I think 2 stereos, or 3 stereos in 7.1 is the way to go. I don't think OBS allows 6 channels without 5.1 and running into the LFE channel.
Gonna be honest, if I heard the super saws of Porter's Language in mono, it would completely change how I feel about the track. Or whole genres such as Trance wouldn't be the same without stereo.
I am more talking about three stereo tracks, maybe encoding as 7.1 might work as a way to get multiple stereo streams in. Then avoid the 4th channel.
Just be careful with the encoding of 5.1, ie 6 channels, the 4th channel will always be LFE. There is no way to get around that other than doing quadraphonic so two stereo channels.
Yes but what I mean is that the mathematics that drive the technology function in similar ways. It is more that a technology is not inherently evil by nature. It is how you wield it that gives its alignment.
This is supported surface shader side?
Wait, how did you solve normals?
