Tell ‘em

*Looks at Best Mexican Restaurant* Why are yall like this? Don’t get me wrong it’s not bad. I’m just going to start documenting where I eat for everyone. 😂

I’m frustrated, sad, and angry about what happened last night. We had Kim take the bus and show up in her wheelchair to speak on the importance of NROR. The same night we are debating this bill, CM Vo’s constituent was hit by a car earlier in the day by a car turning ROR. We have to do better.

Go Dodgers! 💙

If you're wondering where we are in Nashville, we're at the point where an incredible advocate who has been hit and severely injured by a car driver is showing up to council *in her wheelchair* to demand change. That's where we are right now.

Hey there's a bench build Saturday 9-12 at Riverside Commons and we need your help delivering and placing approximately 1,000 benches from about 10a-1p.

Last night, country music star Zach Bryan performed at Gillette Stadium wearing a Free Palestine shirt, with drummer Nate Head and guitarist Noah Le Gros with Hind Rajab and Palestine jerseys. Brilliant solidarity following Robert Kraft's banning of Macklemore at the same stadium.

We stopped by the Donelson knoblinfest today! Gryffindor entered the dog costume contest. Didn’t win but he’s a winner in my book. 🥹

Thank you @walkbikenashville.bsky.social for this recognition last night. The goal is simple. Build a Nashville where people can walk, play, and bike safely. Everyone deserves to make it home at the end of the day.

3 months to implement signage

This initiative has had multiple studies. It’s not bullshit. 28 pedestrians died this year and over 300 were injured. And yes I will be at the meeting tonight.

Someone go tell Jamie that this is bigger than downtown. I absolutely can do more than one thing at once. That’s why a couple of meetings ago I passed drone legislation. My district also has one of the highest density. NROR was filed before the downtown insistent.

Again, the point people are making about the 2024 Connect Downtown plan being outdated is moot when, year after year, studies and recommendations continue to point to the implications of eliminating right turns on red. But this is bigger than DT.

You know her, you love her. Kim Unertl was hit by a car at BNA and seriously broke her leg. Here's a meal train to help the family get by while she faces multiple surgeries and a big recovery ahead!

Kim unfortunately can’t be there but you should. No Right On Red Community Meeting Date & Time: Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 5 PM Location: 1 Cannery Row Nashville, TN 37203
