We can’t afford to sit on the sidelines. We need elected leaders who will stand with working people, not billionaires and greedy corporations. Make a plan. Show up. Vote like our futures depend on it. Because they do.

Being in a union changes everything. It means having a voice on the job, co-workers who have your back and the confidence to stand up for what you deserve. Together, we’ve got the power. That’s the union difference.

This weekend, I was in Arizona, where the AFSCME green machine is out knocking doors and turning out the vote. The stakes are too high to sit this one out, and every one of us has a role to play. So get involved. Get organized. Because when we fight together, we win together.

Better pay. Better benefits. Stronger communities. We don’t have to wait for things to get better. When public service workers organize, we've got the power to make change happen.

Working people are organizing, and we're not slowing down. I joined the @ricksmithshow.bsky.social to talk about where AFSCME is headed and how we build power for all workers. Full interview: www.politicalvoicesnetwork.com/p/the-rick-s...

Working people are doing everything right and still falling behind.

But, we’re AFSCME. We know the power of standing together and fighting back. This election, let’s turn our union power into action and put working families first. Get involved: act.afscme.org/forms/become...

Organizing is how we build power. I'm in Houston, along with AFSCME Volunteer Member Organizers from around the country, talking with Harris County workers about the difference a union can make: a voice on the job, safer working conditions, and stronger public services for our communities.

Our vote has power. That’s why anti-worker extremists and their billionaire allies are working to undermine our elections and silence working people. But, AFSCME members will not be silenced. We’re standing up for voting rights and leading the fight to make sure all of our voices are heard.

Congress is about to hand our retirement to crypto scammers. The CLARITY Act would let Wall Street hustlers gamble your pension or 401(K) on crypto — no guardrails, no accountability. Call your member of congress. Tell them to vote NO. act.afscme.org/forms/tell-c...

On 9/11, AFSCME members showed extraordinary courage as they worked to save lives and serve their communities in the face of unimaginable tragedy. 25 years later, public service workers remain ready to serve when we need them most. Today, we honor their bravery and sacrifice. We will never forget.

Working people are fed up. We’re working longer, paying more, & watching our paychecks cover less. This Nov, we’re going to vote like our jobs & futures depend on it. Because they do. Ask yourself: Whose side are you on? Then head to the ballot box in Nov & vote for the people who are on your side.

This Labor Day it’s time to ask: Which side are you on? Do you stand with the billionaires making life harder or with the workers who make this country happen? The choice is clear.

Today, I joined the National Action Network's March on Washington. 63 years after MLK had a dream, the fight is still about power: whether working people have a real say in our future, or billionaires. AFSCME will continue strengthening working people’s voice in our democracy.

AFSCME, let’s get to work.
