I have panic attacks every time I order something big! My oldest had a double-door fridge/freezer delivered, and after being assured it would be taken up their steps and installed, the driver (on his own) refused and left it on the kerb. It took 3 of us and a neighbour to get it inside.

Turned the TV on, before streaming the show I'm watching, they were asking if you've turned your heating on yet or are you holding out? I'm menopausal and always hot, but today the sun is pouring in and the temperature inside is 20°C. (Outside 16°C). So, not yet. What's it like where you are?

They were meant to shine, but they hid in corners and stayed small. When they were their true selves with their friends they radiated joy, and now they're wrapped in my arms of unconditional love.

This is 55 and it's sooo good! I've done so much work on myself this year integrating my childhood and teenage selves back into my life. Allowing them the grace to grow into their autistic selves and letting them throw years of conditioned guilt behind them.

In all seriousness, this man is my safe space, the person who knows me best, whose smile melts my heart, who makes my pulse leap when he holds my hand, who pauses on woodland walks while I stroke moss or collect acorn cups, who loves me as much as I love him. He's the best thing that happened to me❤️
