The Bio-Analytic Resource encompasses more than 200 databases of plant genomic data (for transcriptome data, protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions, protein 3D structures, variation and more) with numerous tools for data visualization, e.g. ePlants!

At the 1st Global Biodata Coalition conference in Cambridge, UK - the BAR joined in 2023. I traveled via London through several train stations (Paddington is shown) and my flat is a 20 min. walk to the conference. It was amazing to hear about the Earth Biogenomes Project, sequencing the 🌍's species!

SUPeR Viewer stands for scRNA-seq UMAP/pseudospatial eFP Browser Viewer, and it shows not only scRNA-seq UMAPs but eFP pictographs showing expression across inferred cell types in a pseudospatial manner, inspired by collaborators Victoria Mironova and Jian Xu's Root Cell Atlas at Raboud University.
