Did you go to that venue over the bus station in Wigan back in the day?

Being round here meant it was also relatively easy to get to gigs in Brum, Notts, Derby, Liverpool & Manchester. That was when I was young and full of vim and sleeping before work the next day was optional. These days though....😉

From memory it was a good 'un. There was a great scene around North Staffs through the 80s and into the 90s. Happy times.

I reckon 88 or maybe late 87. Tez was singing for Broken Bones during this short lived era of the band. This was Newcastle-Under-Lyme so a local gig for all of us.

This TV deal might be a bit of a financial boost for EFL teams, but it's a right pain in the arse to actual fans who pay to attend the games. We've had just two 3pm Saturday kick offs so far this season!
