What’s the evidence on rent control? I charted the findings from 112 studies: Great for rent-controlled tenants ✅ But: Pushes up rents for other people ❌ Pushes down new housing construction ❌ Pushes down building quality ❌
Incidentally, this speaks to some of the issues in the Brussels media ecosystem We see an EU-subsidised outlet claim a breaking news to its artifical audience a story first reported elsewhere without giving due credit to Reuters (like we, for example, did because we have ethics)
Euro-breaking-news as first reported by... Reuters on Friday night, Euractiv on Saturday morning, Bloomberg on Saturday afternoon Classy !

Yeah I get that you're making a € per kg/calorie point But there's also a sub-aspect of volume (organic v conventional) in that I'd assume diets of organic & conventional eaters differ in kg/day (less veggies for the latter, probably)
per kg of food -- but the split holds also when based on calories
I am going to get into so much trouble for this.
