A friend gave me this exquisite copy of ArabLitQuarterly, @arablit.bsky.social which has dedicated an entire issue to Syria. The sectarian violence of communities who have lived alongside oneanother for centuries (see the recent massacres of Druze) is unspeakably sad. This is Noor Dokrli’s “Soil”.

Our rather beautiful Edwin Morgan book is finally making its way out into the world! It has been a great experience to work with @gregchthomas.bsky.social and @reaktionbooks.bsky.social on this. Here is a box of the books I have ready for our first launch in Glasgow. We'd love to see you there.
