In a functioning democracy, every elected official would be afraid of us. That's on purpose. Otherwise, we get the horseshit we've been going through the last 30 years. They should be afraid, make half what they do now, and cycle out continually so they can't stay in power for 30+ years.

He seeks only his own personal gain, his own power. He cozies up to the right wing, he tramples the bills democrats approve, even unanimously. He is not, and will never be, your friend or ally.

To all Democrats; Take it from Californians: this guy, Gavin? He’s not your guy. He’s a hack, a fraud, and a traitor to the causes he says he champions. He lies, regularly. Trans people, indigenous people, homeless people, the most vulnerable… he betrays us first, and you next.

(The phaser-delay is what deeply intrigues me, to be clear, all iterations of it)

(This came in as a trade for a Bathing, which is the most recent release incorporating the phaser-delay idea that this is the first iteration of, and which I've been deeply intrigued by, but Bathing is basically its own instrument, to such an extent that it doesn't quite fit into my usual endeavors)

Dems should be throwing money at me for great ideas, and here I am giving it away for free because I'd like to not die in a concentration camp.

I flat out do not believe in the mythical voter that would vote Dem if only they didn't support trans rights. I don't think it's an issue that moves the needle. On the other hand, I believe declaring they'll do what they think is right despite polling would counter one of the worst Dem stereotypes.

I'm 100% confident that a Democrat saying, "yes I stand with trans rights because it's the right thing and I won't betray my morals. And even if polling says it's unpopular, I think people will care more about..." would do more to help them than any half assed attack on trans people.

I want to believe most cis people don't fully grasp why agreeing with the "biological men in women's sports" framing is inherently transphobic, and then some of them go ahead and do this, giving the game away that they understand the relationship between these two concepts perfectly.

Guess this is confirmation that my pedal nerdery has officially reached "Party Trick"* status lol *"Party Trick" = music that's easy to play & which most people at a party of normies would vibe with (even if they don't know the song)

'Sup, Barry?

Yessss I got the one with a trem and it was one of my finer purchases 💙
