I live in an area where I can’t go anywhere on foot or even on a bike. I have tried going to the mall by hitching a ride on my brother when he used to work there. I can’t rely on my own family for transportation now. But everything I want to do requires being able to drive a car. I hate it so much.

I don’t want to advertise/seek locals online either. I’d prefer to meet people in person and start conversations organically that way. I miss actually talking to a human face. Every day it’s just messages on a screen. I legit have not talked to a person outside of my family in like a year or more.

Since I need money anyways I’ll be selling my cosplay wigs and costumes. I’m only going to keep what I cherish most/can see myself still cosplaying if I ever get the chance to do it again. But yeah… gonna say goodbye to over 45 wigs. I have to check what costumes I even have that don’t fit me.

I can’t simply cosplay at home. I don’t have the time for it with my daytime babysitting job that goes from 5am to 5pm, me streaming as soon as I get home, then I have to draw art for commissions. It takes a ton of effort to cosplay from home more than you’d think.

I haven’t gone to an anime event in years—the two times I attended AWA it was basically to babysit my little cousins. I can’t drive nor do I have public transportation available for me. I can’t even bike to a bus stop. I am so alone and isolated, trapped in my own house.

Once again having sad thoughts about loneliness and how it’s led to me ultimately quitting cosplay. Ever since I moved to a different state my social life went down to zero. I don’t have friends where I live. I haven’t made any new friends either because I can’t get a job out here. I’m alone.
