New NHS data shows only 40% of adults in England were seen by an NHS dentist in the 24 months to March 2026. For children, four in ten did not see an NHS dentist in the last year.

New MPTS data shows healthcare colleagues were the most common subject of sexual misconduct allegations recorded at doctors' tribunals in 2025.

Better data is an important step. Now we need action.

New Nuffield Trust analysis shows fewer dental practices are providing NHS care.
