Chosen family vs. biological family in disaster & emergency situations.

The nature of "family" changes all the time through societal, cultural & economic shifts. But #DRR & #EmergencyManagement continue to stick to rigid definitions.

I have a to-do list of small, little things as long as my arm. I can't seem to action them though.

No idea why. I get the big things done, but the little odd-job bits allude me.

Makes me feel like a failure daily. Does anyone else have that?
