@chris I hate looking at these because I get so excited seeing such strong @bcgreens.bsky.social trending and then feel so sad after voting day when the electorate doesn't follow through
My hope is that you will choose me for Re-Election to serve my neighbours, fellow business owners, and each and every person in North Cowichan.
New post on my website, link below. These past 4 years on council I've worked hard delivering on my commitments to bring people together with fairness, transparency, empathy and compassion working to serve all residents in North Cowichan. I've written a bit more on what I bring to the table […]
@geoff_eg thats been a long time since you've been back, all the best on your trip.
A nice surprise and a good chuckle as the #BCGreens @BCGreens comms team used my #bluesky post quoting @emilylowan speech at UBCM this week. Great speech and worth a listen
@SarahFrumento it will be nice to be rain cover free for as long as possible as we enter the fall months.
A friendly reminder that if you are short you don’t sit beside the tallest Premier in BC 😄
Thank you to Premier Eby for meeting with our North Cowichan council again with our strong continual request for support & funding for social housing & programs […]
Whenever you are about to find fault with someone, ask yourself the following question: What fault of mine most nearly resembles the one I am about to criticize? - Marcus Aurelius Candidates debates start today for us here in North Cowichan at the Maple Bay Firehall at 1030am hosted by the […]

Why stop riding everyday when there is so much great opportunities on the endless trails in the #cowichanvalley . Followed up my big gravel bike mission Monday with the hard charging MTB trails above #LadysmithBC tuesday morning. #ridebikeshavefun #biketooter #vancouverisland #cycling
Big climbs and chunky roads were the ingredients for an afternoon in the backcountry this past Monday. Grinded out 62km on gravel roads and decommissioned overgrown spurs to link up a loop to Holland Lake and back. #gravelbike #biketooter #vancouverisland #cycling #ladysmithbc
Riding in Victoria BC to enjoy the pathways, bike lanes and car-free streets this past weekend. #yyj #biketooter
Why do Transit planners in Canada make transit worse and then expect to be congratulated?
I’ve ridden buses, in whole or part, to work for most of the past 25 years. In that same period, the bus system has doubled the amount of time it takes to get to […]
This way to fun

@SarahFrumento you should do a quick voice note on your phone with details of the topic while you are out riding to not loose the idea for later. As for trail chats, I love it and tend to be that guy that always stops to say hi and if they need anything...especially bikepackers.
Maple Mountain you are always a wonderful place for a mountain bike ride.
