There’s so much discussion about autism and ADHD in the media right now. If someone you care about feels their reality isn’t reflected by something they’ve seen, listening and taking their concerns seriously can make a real difference.

Instead of asking ‘Are autism and ADHD real?’ we should be asking ‘How can we support neurodivergent people, regardless of whether they’ve got their diagnosis yet?’
