Not sure if 2032 is better or worse than puzzles at my in-laws, where the piece is gone forever because the dog ate it. All puzzles have to be covered when not being directly worked on when said dog is around. He loves some tasty cardboard-y-paper. (Toilet paper rolls are also in danger there)

Whether that thing that is wrong is between the people depicted (so many clearly having a rough conversation) or between the people and what's around them. Definitely unsettling, but also leads to that sense of cold, emotional isolation even when the people are physically right next to each other.

There really is I've seen some of his work before, but hadn't taken the time to look at it together to notice stylistic things across the board. The coloring and contrasts and people staring into the mid-distance definitely hits a "something is wrong here" in almost all of them...

Guy really loves a sinister forest, doesn't he? Too many creepy campfire stories as a kid?

They found our elderberry tree this year, so we've seen so many over the past month or two. Just saw some young ones yesterday, though there aren't many berries left for them at this point. We haven't seen them in the neighborhood in other years, so it's been a fun addition.

Dear companies advertising home delivery: My dog does not understand doorbells (we disconnected ours in 2019 to maintain sanity). He *definitely* does not understand that ones in YouTube ads aren't even real. Stop putting them there. Furious barking does not make me want to buy your product.

I know the sports families sign all sorts of "I won't sue the school district if I get hurt while playing." Does this also cover agreeing not to sue the school district if players are stolen by the fae? Or do we need to add a special notice for that? Seems like this could be a lot of paperwork
