To some extend its clear that this happens. No need for support in fact. I have just posted the finding, as I was playing around with the settings. Getting back after a while into W most of my stuff disappeard. It took me a while to understand why ;-)

True. Europe semiconductor manufacturers are focusing mainly on mixed signal-, low- and high- power- and logic- ICs. Whereas the logic IC are usually 2..3 nodes behind the leading edge technologies. E.g covering the power supplies of the data centers, but not the processors or memory.
