🥅 Project Goal nf-core/seqsubmit is a pipeline that automates submission of sequencing data to ENA and it recently got its first release. Aim to make it easier to test and contribute to, and extend it to cover cases it can’t handle yet, such as co-assemblies, eukaryotic bins/MAGs, long read data

Help nf-core pipelines validate and complete adoption of the current container setup: use Apptainer-compatible module directives, adopt Wave-built @seqera.io Containers where practical, and make sure installed and local modules select the right image for each engine and platform.

🥅 Project Goal Add missing building blocks for population-structure and population-history analysis to nf-core/modules: a TreeMix module, conversion of PLINK allele frequencies into TreeMix input, and a PLINK per-population allele-frequency module.
