Young people shouldn't have to hit crisis point before they can get help. But that is what we see every day. The Fonagy Review confirms it. That’s why we're calling for community-based, early support centres in all areas of the UK. It’s time to make it available to every young person who needs it.

Misogyny isn't new. The influence of the manosphere is.

Teenage relationship abuse is often a hidden form of harm. It shouldn’t be this way and doesn’t have to be.

With a system to support young people early and more support for professionals, parents and carers, all teens can have positive, healthy relationships.

Young people’s voices are at the heart of our work. But how do we consult them in an ethical and meaningful way?

Working with young people, we've developed a resource to support professionals to safely and meaningfully consult them: https://ow.ly/oWZf50ZPzmR

Heading: Ethical and meaningful consultations with young people around child exploitation.

Body text:
1. We include, but do not rely on, disclosed lived experience for children.
2. We do not exclusively consult with traditional youth councils & forums.
3. Our work is consultation rather than participation based.
4. We prioritise ethical, protective practice.
5. We focus on influence, not tokenism.

All children in households who receive Universal Credit will now be eligible for Free School Meals.

This is great for term time, but children are missing out during school holidays.

Children aren’t failing to access mental health support. The system is failing to reach them.

Our new report shows why trusted, flexible and inclusive early support must meet children where they are.

How do we improve our services? We act on what young people tell us.

As a result, our hubs have become more accessible to the young people we work with.

From today, all children in England whose households receive Universal Credit are eligible for Free School Meals.

But there's more to do. Unless eligibility rules change, these children will still miss out on support during school holidays.

New research has added to the growing concerns about vaping on children's health.

But for some young people, the risks don't stop there.

Vapes can be used as a tool to build trust and create dependence to groom young people into exploitation.

Today, the Bill to end the two-child limit begins making its way through Parliament. The policy drove child poverty to a record high, hurting young people. We commend the government's choice to scrap the two-child limit and join 65 other organisations in asking all MPs to support this Bill.

This is a historic day for children and families across the UK as legislation to remove the two-child limit from our social security system starts to make its way through Parliament.

The two-child limit was an awful experiment that hurt children. More than any other policy, the two-child limit is responsible for driving child poverty to its current record high.

Poverty has a devastating impact on young lives. Children going without things they need to learn and grow, living in damp homes, struggling at school, facing isolation and stress.

Today marks the moment when we start to turn things around for the next generation. We commend the government for making the choice to scrap the two-child limit and ask all MPs to stand with children and support this Bill.

Every child deserves the best start in life, with a decent childhood that lays the foundations for a strong future. Ending the two-child limit sets our country on the right path to meet that ambition.
