Brazil is taking an important step towards tackling climate change and #AirPollution.

SEI's Lisa Dellmuth and Nicolas Rost of the UN Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) have found that donors "crowd in" to fund humanitarian crises, once established funders like CERF are on board.
