I hosted an event bringing together Scottish and Ukrainian partners, including the Scottish Government, to highlight the experiences of families behind Ukraine’s defenders. Their stories deserve to be heard, and we need to do all we can to ensure peace can return and families are kept together.

People are paying the price for years of tax rises and the cost-of-living crisis. My party's plan would raise the tax-free allowance to £15,000, putting hundreds of pounds back into the pockets of working people and taking 2.5 million people out of income tax altogether.

I have campaigned for Jagtar Singh Johal’s release for almost my entire time as an MP. His case shows why every Briton must have access to proper consular support. www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/your-world/e...

The Government’s slow response to the women and equalities select committees latest report is leaving people at risk.

I'm proud to be a co-sponsor of Tom's bill. The system generates more debt despite attempts to pay it back. Government needs to realign repayment thresholds with average national earnings, and review the fairness of interest rates and repayment structures to stop punishing those who want to learn.

The delay in government action is risking lives. On the Women and Equalities Committee we've been looking at how many high-risk cosmetic procedures are still being carried out and that they are being delivered by unqualified practitioners and in unsafe settings.

I've seen the difference breakfast clubs can make - I'd encourage all schools to apply!
