Tá an codladh tábhachtach do do shláinte. Tá fadhbanna codlata coitianta agus is iondúil go dtagann feabhas orthu laistigh de chúpla seachtain. Ná bíodh imní ort mura bhfuil do chodladh rómhaith ar feadh tamall gairid.

Téacs a deir 'Leideanna le haghaidh codladh níos fearr. Bíodh gnáthamh codlata agat. Lig do scíth roimh dhul a chodladh. Cuir intinn a bhíonn ag rith ar a suaimhneas. Éirigh mura féidir leat dul a chodladh. Cruthaigh áit shuaimhneach le codladh. Seachain substaintí a chuireann isteach ar chodladh. Seachain bheith i do shuí go mall le haghaidh 'am dom féin'. Coinnigh tú féin gníomhach agus coinnigh dialann chodlata.
