I hadn’t realised how starved of good moss poems i was till this Lydia Harris pamphlet from Scarlet Tiger Press arrived.

Illustrative cover to Lydia Harris’s pamphlet ‘if she was my god’ showing stylised swallows over bog cotton.

Buses are the most-used form of public transport in England. They were deregulated under Thatcher in 1986, & we've been paying the price ever since., Bus fares have risen over 500% since 1987. Since 2009-10 we've lost 3,300 routes. We need more than public control of buses, we need ownership.

Graphic that highlights four models of bus ownership in the UK from full privatisation to the Manchester model where buses are privately owned but the market is regulated, to the Reading model where the buses are publicly owned but the market is deregulated, and lastly to We Own It's proposed model where the buses are publicly owned and the market is regulated

If we don't use our small poetry presses, we'll lose them. This is why I refuse to flinch or shy from asking you to purchase a copy of Whatever You Do, Just Don't, my second full collection. Here's a sample poem from the book. Just drop me a DM and I'll sort out a signed copy for you...

Met the Birnam Oak, the last of Birnam Wood. This tree is thought to have been already well established in the time of Shakespeare. (Dunsinane still some miles off).

Drax’s planned datacentre to burn 4.9m tonnes of wood to produce its electricity, nearly double the CO2 emissions of all flights from London Gatwick airport. Drax, a highly profitable company gets subsidies to burn wood and produce electricity How many lives will it ruin?
