🌎 Thank you, Inge Kauer from @carenetherlands.bsky.social, for highlighting at the @whatthewomensay.bsky.social Women, Peace, Security Forum how INGOs can bridge the gap between local action and policy. Local women-led dispute resolution deserves greater visibility and should inform policy upwards.

Closing remarks from Peter Derrek Hof: "The current security situation paints a grim picture, conflicts are deadlier, more complex, and last longer. Civil space is shrinking. We are not talking about #WomenPeaceSecurity enough. Keeping #WPS on the agenda is an urgent task."

It has started! The Public Day of the Security Reimagined Forum by ICAN (International Civil Society Action Network) is underway in The Hague.

Together with 65+ women peacebuilders from 40+ countries and our signatories, we're at the Peace Palace to talk about women, peace and security. #WPS

We are underway! 📢 Today, the four-day Security Reimagined Forum by ICAN (International Civil Society Action Network) kicks off in The Hague. Over the next few days, women, peace and security will be at the centre of discussions.
