@ckyobutungi.bsky.socialWe also discussed Lithuania's plan to send newly trained doctors to rural areas. I was posted to the middle of nowhere at 24, so I know sticks alone won't work. Good schools, decent infrastructure and a life worth living are what make doctors stay.
