Thank you. I expect it to grow nice and slow, organically as I keep connecting with real people.

And it's an absolute joy to be a part of the process. I can foresee problems that we will have to overcome and I believe our shared verified humanity will endure. When there is a problem we can all collectively help to solve it. In a world full of webwitter and clutterminds, WSocial withstands.

This week I will be working on my Lists. As I'm here to stay I may as well get organised.

Yes, and the FAQs have to have an easy to understand section on the difference between the Rule of Law in the EU and the Rule of Law in the UK for us UK residents.

Fabulous 👍

That made me shudder but all done ✅ As of today I am officially Meta and WhatsApp free 🥳 I understand that fragments of my posts will live on forever in other people's threads but, I no longer care. Next up? De-Google.

Oh the irony. I have just discovered that I need to reinstall WhatsApp on my phone so I can delete it. I was going to wait until the end of the month before shredding my association with Meta and it's kin but, as my family and friends now know where I am, there's no need to delay.

I like Eriks posts. Especially when I see them first thing in the morning like I have today at 06:54am here in the UK. Sometimes you just need one thing to think about to set you up for your day. I'm off now to make a pot of tea, to contemplate this image, to immerse myself in thought. Cheers Erik.

Ah, in that case a proper analysis and monitoring site like DeHash is probably best. As that's an admin sort of job just reassuring non-technical members with a simple explanation is all I can think of. What happened. How it happened. What's the risk. How to mitigate. Let me know if I can help.

My favourite choice for a retaliation tactic is to expose, name and shame the malicious actors attempting to stir up trouble. Publishing sensible factual advice and detailing who was attempting what is what we used to do with the Cyber Volunteers 19.

The simple advice I use here in the UK was to first use the Have I Been Pwned website, to see if there has been an actual data breach. If there is nothing reported, I then reassured people by explaining how dramatic web misinformation bots can actually be and what to do if you want to retaliate.

Yes, it is probably a good idea just to reassure non-technical members.

Whilst doing the St James' Way yesterday, we met 5 men doing a charity walk from Bristol to Wembley Stadium. We stopped for a few minutes and chatted to them, listening to their stories, humbled by their goal. I love encounters like this. Real people, doing real things, for a real purpose.

Very much so
