A few friends have enticed me to return to a poor decision that I will soon regret

Had a browse through the Triple-i event from earlier and while a lot of it wasn't for me, definitely a few good ones in there. Definitely hyped for Pony Island 2 after Inscryption being so good, and ReVamp looks great. Couple others I'm curious about too

Gotta love the age old tradition of Epic Games inventing games for their free offers

I don't think there's a worse feeling than when a game is overwhelmingly ambitious and not only doesn't live up to those ambitions, but almost actively tries to fight you from finding your way to those ambitions

I'm half debating this. I'd need to find new homes for Psychonauts 2, DRG Survivor, and Cataclismo, but I'm curious about most of the rest here

I have once again given an MMO a shot, and I have once again been reminded why I don't like MMOs

Now that I've had some more time with it I'm not as impressed as I was, but it's honestly still a great game! Does a lot to improve upon some of the baselines that Quake 1 set up and feels way smoother as a result Just some of the creativity was lost somewhere in translation

Over the past week I've learned that the Deadlock community has a very weird relationship with people who aren't into MOBAs and asian women, apparently

And another review, this time for Iron Nest! Great little game that filled the PVKK-shaped hole in my heart perfectly. A couple small issues, but a great 12 hour romp!

How am I only now learning that FF XIII is three separate games lmao

Gave the Belmont's Curse demo a spin and overall pretty good. I have some concerns for certain things being problematic later on, but the visuals and general feel are great. Love the idea of tarot cards representing abilities Def wanna check it out at launch

Another review out, this time for the immersive sim RetroSpace! Not often I get to review an imsim, but this one is genuinely great! Really understands what makes some of the best in the genre and rolls with it, especially with superb level design

Wrapped up Infinite Warfare's campaign and yeah, that was great! Granted there's some pretty big issues I got with the core narrative, but everything else is a massive improvement over the dark ages CoD campaigns were in for a few games before its release

Love or hate Deadlock, I have to say one of more underratedly good things the team is doing is fleshing out the world early through all the dialogue. It's a small thing, but it gives much more reason to give a damn about the characters, alongside the incredible character designs

Didn't realize Infinite Warfare had the Power Rangers working in my ships hangar

If I had a dime for every time I loved the character design of an asian woman with blue hair, I'd have two dimes Which isn't a lot but it's strange it happened twice
