Here's a snapshot of where you can find me this week.
On plenty of issues, Mike Harcourt, Peter Ladner and Geoff Meggs disagree.
On this, they don’t.
I’m honoured to have the support of three former Vancouver leaders from different political traditions who agree our city is ready for new leadership.

Thank you, Brenda. I am humbled and grateful for your endorsement. You've been an inspiration to me over the years, and your support means more than I can say. For women in politics especially, three things matter equally: leadership, mentorship, and friendship. Brenda has given me all three.
Early voting opens today, Vancouver!
Vancouver can't wait another four years. When you mark your ballot, vote for the full Vote Vancouver team. We're focused on delivering for residents, not partisan fights.
It's time to make history!
Today we marched with Indigenous neighbours for Truth and Reconciliation, only to learn shortly after of the tragedy at Tsawwassen Mills and the loss of two Indigenous elders. We are deeply saddened and stand with Tsawwassen First Nation in grief and solidarity.
For the past week, I've heard a lot of people say "provincial and municipal elections happening at the same time is confusing, especially since I don't fully understand what a city is in control of."
So, I did a four minute explainer piece to try and help

Vancouver is surrounded by water. My transportation plan includes an all-electric passenger ferry program. Start with the routes that make sense. Make the vessels electric. Connect them to transit. Measure what works, then build from there.
Life in Vancouver is expensive, and transit is one more monthly cost for families with teenagers. My proposal: free transit for Vancouver youth ages 13–18, with a simple pass. The goal is straightforward: one less monthly expense for families and reliable access to transit for every teen.
Tenth Church (formerly Oakridge Church) shows what’s possible when faith communities and housing partners work together.
The Hannelore development kept space for worship and community services while adding 46 affordable rental homes. My housing plan would make it easier for more faith-based communities to do the same: keep serving their neighbourhoods while creating much-needed housing.
A year round, sustainable program would be the greater objective following a successful seasonal launch.
If we want more people biking downtown, we need to give them somewhere secure to leave their bikes.
My plan will turn underused Downtown EasyPark space into free seasonal bike valets, starting summer 2027.
Simple, practical, and easier for people who choose to ride.
Some are already talking about me in the same breath as provincial and federal politics. Here's what's true: I'm not stepping down. I'm running for Mayor of Vancouver - and I'm ready to make history as this city's first woman Mayor. That's the job I'm here to do.
This is also exactly why Vancouver needs an independent arts council: decisions about culturally significant programming shouldn't be made quietly through internal budget reviews with no public input. An arms-length body would give these traditions the transparency and protection they deserve.
All Souls was a meaningful tradition for decades, and its loss is real. I support restoring city support for it, so we can bring it back in a way that's fiscally responsible and addresses equity and access. Vancouver shouldn't be quietly letting go of the traditions that hold our community together.
We love this idea! People who bike downtown need secure places to leave their bike while they work, shop, eat, or visit friends. This will encourage more people to bike into downtown - let's do it!
I am unable to endorse specific politicians or parties. But I **am** allowed to endorse good ideas.
This is a good idea. #bikeyvr
We’ve invested in cycling infrastructure. Now let’s make biking downtown easier. Vote Vancouver proposes free, secure seasonal bike valets using underused EasyPark lots and other City-owned spaces. Use space we already own. Measure what works. Make everyday life easier.
Great to see support for Broadway active transport lanes in the Vote Vancouver platform from @rebeccaleebligh.bsky.social !
