@lookitup.babyReposted by @lozzagilbert.bsky.socialHi, I’m a sighted alt text user! Here are some reasons I use it: - Slow Internet on an airplane - I’m over 40, I have no idea who that celebrity is - Bluesky broke images again - My vision sucks and that text is too small to read otherwise - Conveys further context and authorial intent
@lozzagilbert.bsky.socialLosing my old skies daily planner and not remembering if I genuinely misplaced it or it chronoshifted out of existence

@momoxmia.bsky.socialReposted by @lozzagilbert.bsky.socialShared this on LinkedIn, but had to bring it here too! More than 100,000 players regularly use High Contrast Mode in EA SPORTS FC 26 😱🔥 This is a cool benchmark. I’m proud of the team behind this, and we’ll keep improving our designs so everyone can enjoy football and all our other games ♿✨

@spoonienet.comReposted by @lozzagilbert.bsky.socialthere is this rotten loop for chronically sick people of needing to afford private care (because the nhs is sick too, really) to improve quality of life to a point we *could* work (yay, capitalism) but we need that care first to get there. what the hell are we meant to do?
