Latest edition of NY State Fire News features the funding I secured for the Amsterdam Fire Department to purchase a new ambulance. This investment means our firefighters and EMS personnel have the equipment they need to respond when someone calls for help and provide high-quality emergency care.
Iโve introduced a mew bill to strengthen safety rules for child safety seats used to transport preschool children with disabilities. It closes a gap by requiring regular inspections, tracking expiration dates, removing unsafe seats from use and proper training for those responsible for using them.
