anyhow useful knowledge if the DB ever mis-processes a claim: email to [email protected] with "Widerspruch" and the case ID in the subject line why they don't say this in the email with the processing of the original claim is unknown to me

can't believe the DB tells me to email the EU passenger rights claim email to dispute the incorrect processing of a claim I submitted to them through their own web interface
