I miss the days when a president would at least make a statement of condolences after a mass school shooting. Canada is in mourning today and not one word from an American president. We don’t expect any humane comment from Trump anymore. We know he is incapable. Canadians look after each other.

Trump’s daily attacks on Canada aren’t about making sense. They’re about repetition and conditioning. He’s training his base to see Canada as the enemy, blame us for his failures, and accept hostility toward a longtime ally. Eventually, the lies become familiar, and the clapping seals applaud.

Our hearts and prayers are with the soldiers, base staff and their families at CFB Wainwright. Thank you to the first responders and to the outpouring of love and support coming in from the rest of our great country and from around the world. In these times of tragedy, Canadians come together.

Delta Air Lines has chosen not to go with Starlink, and Elon Musk is upset. Musk said that Delta’s CEO would “lose his job” for snubbing Starlink. Nobody should be using any product or service from the US, they cannot be relied on and spy on you.
