Heard some NFL Primetime music and immediately felt nostalgic and discovered someone uploaded the entire 2005 season of Primetime to YouTube.

Canadiens win 4-0 in the shootout 😅

No. They literally couldn’t. Not to produce game-ready and quality jerseys for players and also get them ready for fans.

The reason PWHL jerseys don’t have logos at launch: production of high quality jerseys take time. So does design of logos. The Seattle Kraken started play in 2021 and were officially announced in 2018. If the PWHL used that timeline we’d still be at 6 teams. Better comp: Utah.

All PWHL games are on YouTube in the US.

I think I saw in the press release that the logo is felt?

Yes, I legitimately love that

Is the Heritage Classic jersey by the Habs safe? Yes. But it's a Heritage Classic jersey. It isn't meant to be crazy. Was I initially bored by it? Yes. I do appreciate the efforts made to make it look knitted, though.

These are not advanced stats. They are quite literally shot attempts. If you cannot generate any offence and are on the ice for more shots than anyone else against worse competition, the issue is on you. I could care less about the actual goals. They are unplayable as a pairing.

I am not saying the loss is all on the third pairing, but when your third pairing does this AT HOME, they're pretty much unplayable. I know the Canes are great, but still... Can't have that. I would expect Engström gets a game very soon, even if Guhle returns.

Think they can convince Zachary Bolduc that there are 84 home and season openers in a season?

Best I can do is a Kaiden Guhle and Oliver Kapanen. Neither is ready to play right now but they are under contract and can't refuse to play.

Anyone have a calendar handy? What night is it?

Hey a Poulin just scored for the home team at Place Bell. It's like I never left.

Sasha Pastujov has been really, really impressive the last two games for the Rocket. Easily the most dangerous guy on the ice and has two points so far today.

Game 1/?? Feels good to be back. Also, of note. They changed the banners from against the back wall to more suspended… and there’s an empty space there. 👀

Yeah. The original team releases had more games missing but they’ve been updated on the schedule so that’s better at least.

I’m more confused why the networks didn’t pick up all the Canadian team games, which is somewhat surprising. But then again maybe the PWHL wanted to avoid the TSN Premium and Sportsnet+ streaming games behind a paywall (other than Prime, of course)

Yeah. If it’s a start of a trend that’s worse. The goal should be more games on TV (which like I said due to the inventory and HNIC there are).
