These comments came from ostensibly left/liberal people, too. Feels very similar to the anti-solar farm people here and in the states, who often present as worried progressives.

An oddly widespread belief in my little corner of rural Scotland is that wind farms are bad for the environment (I heard the other day that "they should be called wind factories, not farms") because of their size and the amount of materials involved. These same people have wood burning stoves.

The score was arranged, recorded and part composed by Paul Giovanni.[40] According to Seamus Flannery in a subsequent documentary, director Robin Hardy surprised the cast by suddenly announcing midway through filming that they were making a "musical";[41

I hadn't seen it in years, but my main takeaway from this viewing: is The Wicker Man a musical? There's a *lot* of songs in this movie.

Coffee farms have been increasingly intensified since the 1970s, with shade trees removed to boost production. But coffee plants do better under shade. Farmers, meanwhile, face ever rising fuel costs. What if there was a solution to both problems? Enter agrivoltaics.
