Never heard that before!! Excellent. I volunteer at the Somerset Earth Sciences centre..they'll love that! They're actually called Micrasters .. from the Cretaceous period about 70 M years old. But im going to call them fairy loaves from now on!

Out for a long stroll in the Nearby yesterday. 11 miles from Merriot to...well, Merriot. First half was lovely, second okay.. Made better by finding a couple of nice fossil echinoids.

Its mad!. Semi naked "giants" fighting it out with swords of fire!. It was freezing. O felt sorry for the folks involved . Wasnt just the paint that was blue!!😅

Had a good few beers in Peel!.. we were there for the Oie Voaldyn (sp???) fire festival. It was great!
