READ: Prop 141 will harm AZ's roads. It's "a theoretical boogieman from partisan think-tanks to end any talk of addressing a status quo that simply is not working for Arizonans" 🙅🏼‍♀️🚫 Vote NO!

"You do not make the tip of the spear stronger by dismantling the team behind it": why #Prop320 hurts kids by making their schools compete internally for pieces of the same inadequate pie. #NoProp320

"HURTING OUR OPPORTUNITIES": If you like potholes, #Prop141 is for you!

Thanks to our lack of funding, Arizona is struggling with highway and road maintenance. A yes vote ties the state's hands, keeping our infrastructure forever behind. #NoProp141

The Supreme Court just opened a dangerous door for future elections — states can now use a deeply flawed federal system. But federal law still bars mass removals this close to an election. This ruling doesn't change this election. You do. Check your registration now at my.arizona.vote.

Are you tired of federal efforts to smear our immigrant neighbors as "invading animals" and "terrorists" for their own partisan political profit? The semantics of #Prop317 could supercharge attacks on refugees & human trafficking victims. Vote #NoProp317

AZ's tax carve-outs have ballooned to over $30 billion a year, systematically starving our state & its cities & towns. #Prop316 doubles down, blowing holes in local budgets. The result: forcing slashed services & higher local taxes. Vote #NoProp316

#Prop144 uses popular ideas that are already law to distract us from its one BIG change: ending vote-by-mail in AZ. Our early voting system has been safe & secure for decades, a model for other states. Hands off our ballots! #LetAZVote #NoProp144

#Prop142's supporters aim to discredit experts on public health (vaccines), economics (immigration) & elections (democracy) with the far-right buzzword "DEI" (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) — writing racism into our state Constitution. Vote #NoProp142

@azcebvus.bsky.socialSep 21, 2026, 3:11 PM

"Barely scraping by": Engineers give AZ's roads a D+, thanks in large part to our lack of funding for upkeep. By banning future funding sources, #Prop141 would keep AZ stagnant, turning us into a run-down disaster. Vote NO! #NoProp141

@azcebvus.bsky.socialSep 20, 2026, 3:11 PM

#Prop319 would micromanage cities that make their streets safer with red light cameras, even banning the cameras in some cases. This hurts public safety. These cameras work, reducing fatal crashes by 21%. The life they save could be yours. #NoProp319

@azcebvus.bsky.socialSep 19, 2026, 3:11 PM

#Prop318 is a one-size-fits-all mess that would exclude kindergarteners and varsity athletes alike from playing sports with their friends. As soccer superstar Megan Rapinoe explains, this distraction means real-world harm to ALL our kids. #NoProp318

🔥 "For every complex problem, there is a solution that is simple, clear — and wrong. Proposition 320 is a textbook case."

🚨 “The idea that someone could be subject to a felony because someone is protesting an abortion and they dare to say, ‘Leave me alone, stop harassing me,’ that truly is the definition of a bad bill”

🗣️ CALL TO ACTION: Police widow Julie Erfle is calling out Sen. John Kavanagh (R-3) for introducing a bill that disrespects victims. See her specific ask below, then contact Kavanagh: 602-926-5170 / [email protected]

A screenshot of a social media post from Julie Erfle, who says:
It seems Sen. Kavanaugh has had a change of heart. When my lawsuit first made headlines, Kavanaugh told reporters that the law didn't need to be changed, that I could just go to auction and buy the gun that killed Nick. No big deal. He's singing a much different tune now, and while I am glad he's feeling the heat, his bill--as currently written--is so narrow that it doesn't even apply to my case. Nor does it help people like the former officer I met a few weeks ago who was shot in the line of duty, nearly died, but is thankfully now physically recovered but still suffering with PTSD. Ditto for situations like the attempted assassination of Gabby Giffords.
Do we really think people who were shot, who still have the physical and emotional scars of their trauma should have to buy the weapon that nearly killed them at auction?? Or that cities should profit from those guns?
If Kavanaugh honestly respects victims, then he will work with the county attorney's office, which has already drafted language, and amend his bill. And if you'd like to encourage Mr. Kavanaugh to do so, feel free to send him an email: jkavanagh@azleg.gov
