Doodler.
@mckone.bsky.socialHalf way there! NYCC is over and out! We’re half way through the ‘McKone 99’ 30 day campaign. The last full day is October 24. The printer sent me this teaser image of the Hardcover with both the Standard and Exclusive slipcases along with the Japan Sketchbook. Yumma!!!
@mckone.bsky.socialLast day of the crazy and the chaos that is NYCC.
Stop by my table at B32 and if you’re nice, I’ll show you my etchings.
@mckone.bsky.socialDay three of the seemingly everlasting hellscape of NYCC.
Come by and ask me about life, the universe and everything.
@mckone.bsky.socialGot my coffee and got my cough drops. Got my Kickstarter link and ready for day two of NYCC.
@mckone.bsky.socialB32 NYCC!

Prepping for NYCC this week. What to take, what to leave behind. Who to talk to, who to ignore. Will there be WiFi….almost certainly not. Who’s going?

Every time you share this link, a small Peruvian water snake called Callum gets a free croissant. My promise to you. And to Callum.

I made this cheeky riff-off…is that a phrase? It’s McKone - more or less - in Japanese.

One of the add-on’s for this Kickstarter is a brand new colour sketchbook I’ll be debuting in Japan in December. 32 pages with lots of SNIKT action!

Thanks again for getting us to a 160 page book. Our printer has a green light to roll the presses. Now it’s onto the next Stretch Goal and the rarefied air of BOOKMARKS!
@mckone.bsky.socialThanks Peter, good to meet you at last.

We passed the 160 page Stretch Goal so now everyone who has backed the book will get an upgrade from 148 pages to 160 pages. Also, we’re now a #ProjectWeLove on the Kickstarter website. Really good news as Con Crud rages through my sinuses…

I am part man-part Advil right now, it seems I left Baltimore with a touch o’ the con crud. What would be a tonic? DayQuil and a share, that’s what!
