@ladystorytelling.comI'm grateful for the healing I'm finally able to do; but it's a roller coaster on top of current stressors and -gestures wildly at everything- Accepting and working with current limitations because of this trauma and healing journey is hard even though it's very much worth it.
@ladystorytelling.comLiving in a safe and healthy environment for over 18 months has been amazing for my nervous system and spirits. Now, the counterpart of all my old trauma (including bits I didn't have the bandwidth to remember or deal with) coming full force has been exhausting and a challenge to deal with.
