Match day parking along Barnwell Road is a problem ⚽️ I’m excited to have worked with my ward colleagues to secure prioritised funding for redesignating the old service road along Barnwell Road as a cycle path, which will help prevent drivers from parking on the grass 🚲

Let’s redevelop MOULDY council homes across Cambridge 🤢 I was delighted to speak in favour of the redevelopment of the Ekin Road flats at yesterday’s meeting of the Planning Committee 🏡

DEMOCRACY MANIFEST 🍜 It was great to go out for a drink with local union activist Ozzy this evening ❤️ We need stronger unions in Cambridge ✊

The redevelopment of Ekin Road is long overdue, as many of the flats there are in a terrible condition. We can’t leave residents to suffer in mouldy homes! I’m excited to be speaking in support of the redevelopment tomorrow - today, I’ve been reading through the plans 📄

LA VITA NUOVA 🌅 I dived straight back into committee meetings tonight 🤿 I’m delighted to say that Cambridge City Council have finally made progress towards flying the Palestinian flag from the Guildhall, a topic it was great to speak on after raising it previously 🇵🇸

JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT IT WAS SAFE TO GO BACK IN THE WATER… 🦈 I’ve had a brilliant time in Brighton today! I got to chat with some of my favourite politicians from across the country, as well as some from closer to home, including the lovely Cllr Dave Baigent 💚

Thank you everybody for all of your lovely messages 🙏 I took today off to rest, as yesterday was extremely draining… It’s been great to socialise with some of my Green friends from across the country in Brighton 💚

My loyalty will always be towards doing what’s right, not what’s convenient. I am excited to continue standing up for regular people across Cambridge ❤️

Locally, my Green colleagues have pushed back against council housing in their own wards. I have been threatened for standing up for Palestinians and told that doing so is unimportant. Behind the scenes, I have been mocked for my neurodivergence.

After a month of travelling, I’m finally home 💚 It’s time to get to work…

Last night, I was lucky enough to meet one of my idols, Japanese author Nobuyuki Fukumoto 🀄️ It was an incredible experience, as his writing had a significant impact on my political development. He was also just a really lovely man 🥰🥰🥰
