Holy shit. Rick Jackson didn’t just duck a debate with Keisha Lance Bottoms. He left her debating an empty podium. And the moderator made damn sure everyone knew it. Moderator Jeff Hullinger: “Mayor Bottoms, you may now ask a question to your opponent represented by the empty podium.”
