Countdown - Lindsey Buckingham 🕰️🎶
From his fantastic "Out Of The Cradle" album. In my opinion, both the song and album should have been much bigger hits than they were!
@buddygott.bsky.socialHa! I love this version of the song! 😁

Day 9. A song that needs a sequel
Take The Money and Run - The Steve Miller Band
The "heroes" of this were horrible people! Billy Joe shot a man while robbing his castle & Bobbie Sue took the money and run.
We need a sequel in which they get arrested! 😁
@buddygott.bsky.socialGreat choice, Johnny! P.S. - On a related note...a separate song from The White Album that we don't need a sequel to is Revolution #9! 😂
@buddygott.bsky.socialGreat choice!
@buddygott.bsky.socialGreat questions that need to be answered! 😀
@buddygott.bsky.socialExcellent choice, Jean!
@buddygott.bsky.social@buddygott.bsky.socialGreat! I’m well also, thanks! And I keep doing the same thing with the challenges too. 😁🎶
@buddygott.bsky.socialHey, it’s been a while since we’ve interacted! Hope you’re doing well, MJ! And I love that song too. Actually, I love just about everything on that album. 🎶

Day 8. A song that uses the color orange, brown or yellow in the title or lyrics.
Orange Crate Art - Brian Wilson and Van Dyke Parks
I love this song! 😀🎶🎧
@buddygott.bsky.socialDoes anyone know if there's a way to make it so people can't add you to Starter Packs on here? While I'm flattered someone might think other Bluesky users may want to follow me, I'd rather people are doing so "organically," rather than doing so by hitting a "Follow all" button in a Starter Pack.
@buddygott.bsky.socialIt seems we do! Yes, it was an amazing year for music! 😀🎶
@buddygott.bsky.socialReposted by @buddygott.bsky.social@buddygott.bsky.socialOh, I bet Clem's will be an interesting read too!
@buddygott.bsky.socialThanks! 🎶👍
@buddygott.bsky.socialYes, the title is "Sex, Drugs, Ratt & Roll: My Life in Rock (A Heavy Metal Memoir)." I've been curious about The Bangles memoir! Next up for me is the new memoir from Jane Wiedlin of the The Go-Go's. It comes out next month but I lucked out and got an advanced copy of it. 😀👍🎶
