In regard to FurAffinity being at risk due to censorship: Furries are now political targets. We are getting namedropped at high levels of government. They know that we are a large, influential, largely queer, community. Fighting for the spaces owned by our community is incredibly important

FA is one of the few places online that - loads (underline this twice) - has a gallery format - has a new submissions page - does not allow AI - has real breathing humans I can contact - honestly I just find furry art joyful and inclusive

The critters all being able to shapeshift into each other is my personal way of interpreting the plural thing i guess, but other than Keepsake they all more or less retain their colors as themselves, whereas Keepsake is like “what if i was a sparkledog today for funsies” basically lol

All of these critters sorta shapeshift into each other, but essentially the self divides roughly in half and then branches off in different directions from there. Keepsake is a lil different in terms of how she relates to self and the changability of the design while still being “Keepsake” but ye 🙂‍↕️

Chicory and Crucius - these refs are old but i updated the pronouns to say “he/any” in an attempt to more accurately convey the lack of a sense of human gender for these two lol

Having multiple creatures in my head makes me feel v inconsistent sometimes, trying to learn how to not view it as a bad thing since i only apply that sense of it being bad to myself (as with many other things..) which doesn’t actually make any sense lol so yeah
