🚨 Route and accessible route confirmed - March for Palestine ⏰ 10 October, 12PM 📍 Victoria Embankment - Downing Street, London The full route will march from Victoria Embankment to Downing Street. The accessible route will march up Embankment and join the main march when it reaches the Strand.

Accessible route Saturday 10 October 2026. Access bloc (short route) meeting from 1pm in Victoria Embankment Gardens, close to the playground. The short version of the march is around 1,300m, is step-free but does include a small incline onto Strand. The bloc will be meeting from 1pm and joining the full march around 2pm when it gets to Strand. Join CND for a day of action on 24 October. We'll be calling on the government to kick out Trump's spy station and all US bases in Britain.

Registration is essential to ensure transportation to and from the base.

Satellites that feed data to Menwith Hill are being used to intercept electronic communications in the Middle East, to assist the US/Israeli illegal war on Iran. The spy station is also used to intercept wireless communications of targeted countries.

Menwith Hill is also used to intercept communications as they are being beamed between foreign satellites. It also accesses US government satellites orbiting above targeted countries, to locate and monitor wireless communications on the ground, such as mobile phone calls and WiFi traffic.

The base is a key part of Trump's 'Golden Dome' missile defence system which will allow the US to launch a nuclear strike without fear of retaliation.

Firstly, it is part of the US National Missile Defence System – what Trump now calls the ‘Golden Dome’. The base carries out missile detection, tracking and targeting. Ballistic missile defence systems are part of the US nuclear first strike system that deny retaliation. Effectively, the system enables the US to launch a nuclear attack without fear of retaliation. This is creating a dangerous, destabilising effect and driving a nuclear arms race.
