The reckless war in Iran has been actively raising costs for almost 8 months. From the gas pump to the grocery store, families are feeling the squeeze. Congress has voted three times to rein in the conflict, and service members are still being sent into harms way. It’s time to end this war.

They would strengthen its ability to act and restore civil penalties for first time offenses. I’m committed to restoring the FTC’s autonomy and authority, and I urge Congress to pass this important legislation.

Floridians are losing health coverage faster than anyone else in the country thanks to extreme politicians letting ACA tax credits expire. They’ve created a cost-of-living crisis and put health care out of reach for millions.

I’m proud to have secured millions of federal dollars in storm recovery for my neighbors. The $709 million fund is currently accepting applications for Hillsborough County residents, supporting long-term investment in recovery and resilience for neighbors affected by hurricanes Helene and Milton.

This week, I introduced the Affordable Premiums for Seniors Act with Rep. Sewell to keep premiums down and provide greater certainty on health care costs for our seniors, who have worked hard for their earned Medicare benefits.

Extreme politicians are ending the Medicare Part D Premium Stabilization initiative early, raising prescription prices for seniors. Life is already expensive enough, and seniors shouldn’t have to choose between their life-saving medications and their groceries.

The project contains policies to lower costs, support sustainable growth & build safer communities. The chapter on Thriving, Affordable, and Resilient Communities is particularly personal to me as Tampa Bay’s Congresswoman.
