this might sound backhanded but i do mean it lovingly. game is super fun and also kind of ass. the staircase is one of the funnest setpieces i've gotten to play in a while

the thing is it feels very good to play. so it doesn't matter that the camera is ass, someone is always firing explosives from offscreen, there are one million dogs with stagger priority, and the bow is both mandatory and unusable

finished ninja gaiden 2 \o/ fun game, lots of bullshit, terrible bosses. would play again i had a great time
