Definitely. I was raised to believe being anything but cis and straight is a sinful choice and that others hurting me for being different was my fault. Reading stories where queer people are fully accepted by others and themselves was revolutionary.

When put into groups with one of each element as Sophomore, he still found himself helping those in and outside his group. He always head a draw to helping others.
